Asian Spicy Cucumber Salad



  • 4 Gourmet Baby™ Seedless Cucumbers, sliced
  • 1 tbsp. fresh garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp. rice vinegar
  • ½ tbsp. sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp. light soy sauce
  • ½ tbsp. chili paste
  • ½ tbsp. red chili flakes
  • ½ tbsp. granulated sugar
  • A pinch of sea salt to taste


  • Add cucumbers and salt. Mix well. Set aside for about 30 minutes.
  • Drain any additional water from the cucumbers.
  • In the same bowl, add sesame oil, soy sauce and chili paste. Mix well.
  • Add remaining ingredients to the bowl and toss the cucumbers.

Tip: Flavor will strengthen after a night of refrigeration
