A Great Way to Start the Week!
- 1 lime, quartered
- 2 sprigs fresh mint leaves
- 2 tablespoon simple sugar syrup
- 3 slices cucumber
- 6 cubes ice, or as needed
- 2 ounces white rum (optional)
- 4 fluid ounces club soda
- Muddle cucumber with the mint in a shaker
- Squeeze the lime quarters and drop the limes into shaker
- Pour in the rum, then top off with club soda. Shake well.
- Pour contents of shaker into a glass and add a splash of club soda.
- Garnish with a cucumber wheel
