Cucumber Mojito

A Great Way to Start the Week!


  • 1 lime, quartered
  • 2 sprigs fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoon simple sugar syrup
  • 3 slices cucumber
  • 6 cubes ice, or as needed
  • 2 ounces white rum (optional)
  • 4 fluid ounces club soda


  1. Muddle cucumber with the mint in a shaker
  2. Squeeze the lime quarters and drop the limes into shaker
  3. Pour in the rum, then top off with club soda. Shake well.
  4. Pour contents of shaker into a glass and add a splash of club soda.
  5. Garnish with a cucumber wheel
